AI help and teaching for small businesses

Learn the tools.
Grow your business.

Everyone says AI will change everything, but nobody’s shown you how. That’s what the free hour is for. And if you don’t need me, I’ll tell you.

No dumb questions. Most of what people think they should already know, nobody knows.

What would improve

From your free hour: three things, how I’d do each one, and what it costs.

Customers get a clear, friendly answer in minutes, in your words, instead of you starting from scratch every time. I set up AI with your prices, policies and tone, then teach your team to use it.

Faster replies, happier customers$2,000Half-day teaching

Quotes go out the same day while the customer is still engaged, instead of piling up for a late night. I build you a simple quoting system and teach you to run it. You type a few notes, check the numbers and send.

Quotes out while the lead is hot$3,500To set up

Every new enquiry gets a reply right away, in your words, and the warm ones get booked, instead of waiting until you’re free. I build automations that watch your website, email and messages around the clock, and teach you to run them.

Every lead answered in minutes, day or night$5,000To build+ $600/mo care, first 12 months

Happier customers, quotes out sooner, and every lead answered. You run all three yourself, and the time you get back goes into growing the business.

What changes

Not worth paying for: software you don’t need. If your spreadsheet works, keep it.

One page, in your own words, sent within a day. Yours either way.

These three are examples. Yours will be about your business.

Your free hour

It’s free, and I come to you. You’ll leave with one thing you can use the next day. Then I send a short report: three things that would improve your business, how I’d do each one, and what it costs. It’s yours either way.

Every job is priced on scope and what we’re teaching, so these are starting points. Your report gives you the exact price for what you need. All prices in Canadian dollars, plus tax.

The work

I teach first. I only build when it’s worth it.

  1. Teach you and your team

On your real work, in plain words, until it’s part of your week.

  2. Set up what you already have

ChatGPT, Copilot, your inbox, your spreadsheets. Shaped to how you work, so it does the job without you babysitting it.

  3. Build it when nothing else fits

A tool made for your business, on your own accounts.

Anything I build is yours, on your own accounts. No lock-in.

A sales guy who got tired of admin.

I ran my family’s business, then moved into sales. Both jobs had the same problem: too much of the week went to work that doesn’t make any money. Nothing off the shelf fit how I worked, so I built my own. They get me about 8 hours a week back.

Now I sit down with owners around the Lower Mainland and show them how to do the same in their business.

Fair questionsThe things owners ask, usually a little quietly.

I tried ChatGPT and it wasn’t useful.
That’s the usual experience. A blank chat box knows nothing about your business. Once it’s set up around how you actually work, it’s a different tool. I’ll show you in the hour.
Will this replace my staff?
No. They stop doing the retyping and get back to the work you hired them for.
What happens to my customers’ information?
Everything runs on your accounts, not mine. I’ll show you what goes in, what never does, and who can see it.
Is my business too small?
Small is an advantage. One person decides, and the first fix is usually something you do every week.
What don’t you do?
I don’t sell software, lock you in, or sell you something you don’t need. If you don’t need me, I’ll tell you.
What happens if you’re unavailable?
You own everything outright. It’s all written down, and it’s built on standard tools any developer can pick up. The care plan is only required for the first 12 months.

The first hour is free.

I come to you, anywhere in the Lower Mainland. You’ll leave with one thing you can use the next day.
