I teach first. I only build when it’s worth it.

Teaching is a half-day with you and your team, on your real work, in plain words, for $2,000.

Setup means the tools you already pay for, fitted to how you work. ChatGPT, Copilot, the inbox, the spreadsheets. That is $3,500. The point is that the tool does the job without you babysitting it.

A custom build is only for the job nothing off the shelf fits. It starts at $5,000, it runs on your accounts, and you own it. You can take my access away. Every build comes with a care plan for the first 12 months, so it keeps working after I leave. It is $5,000, then $600 a month for care.

All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus tax. Every job is priced on scope and what we’re teaching, so these are starting points. They are the same prices as on the homepage and on the Delta page. The report after the free hour is where the exact number for your job is written down, including the jobs that are not worth paying for.
